Nice work! I followed the instruction on how to implement this to a website. But getting this error "Can not write [app.data] (D:\Inetpub\omahaprint\web/app.data/demo-your-first-poll.def/votes.txt) (Could not get the lock!)". What does it mean? Im sorry I am new in PHP.

Please give the read & write permissions to the app.data folder and all the files inside.
