Hello i'm very pleased with this script but ... :-)
The voters can click on the button Clear Ip & Cookie Blocks. I don't wan't that they can click on it because they could vote again. How do i change that?

Hi, Kelly! The button is for testing purpose only. You are supposed to remove it for production use.
