That's very strange. The error message is a general error message you see on Internet when you try to access the url that requires authorization. So, it's not specific to the script. You need to change some conditions and see if it makes any differences like install it in another location on the same web site.

I'm using this free hosting to test my web: https://pcontrol.cdmon.com/. Also I have had the "IPN handler did not return array" error but I commented the code that you said. Any idea??
