Hi jason, to learn how to remove, first try to add fields to the script. Removal is the reverse procedure of adding, so once you master how to add, you know how to remove. About adding radio buttons, there isn't document for it. The current method used for the "Active" field is rather complex and I plan to replace it in the next version of Script Builder.
