I installed this program I have one of those free hosting services which couldn't get the email to work so I commented everything out in the email config, still getting the same error messages Warning: fgets(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /www/users/e/e/y/eeyoredev/3col/web2db/codelib/slib/CEmail.inc.php on line 574 and Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /www/users/e/e/y/eeyoredev/3col/web2db/codelib/slib/CEmail.inc.php on line 787 was figuring you might have the fix, thank you.

Please don't comment them out. You need to set them up.
At least, you need to configure "Hostname", "From", and "To."
