I would like to know if you can add, or tell me how can I add the following:
- a function, (or something like checkboxes) so one lead can receive the email every year.
I want to send him the same email evey year at 22 April 2014, then 2015..and so on.

- A function, that sends the email 1 month before 22 April 2014, then
- A function, that sends the email 2 weeks before 22 April 2014..

Is this possible?

Well, there is no built-in feature for what you looking for, but if you don't mind taking time to modify it, that's possible.
