The error received:

result: ERROR : email error: Operation now in progress(115) [CProductMailer]

Like "HTTP Error 408", the error is too weird. I think there is something wrong outside of the script. I can't say what it is without looking into it, though. I don't think you can fix it just by configuring the script.
