I went to check the ip addresses of all the votes who voted for the post but there is no data in the tbl_ipblock table. When I open the table, I get "MySQL returned an empty result set (i.e. zero rows)"

Hi, Please set ENABLE_IP_BLOCK to true in web/config/config.block.inc.php.
