I have learned how to remove the delete record from the page for guest view.. but I want to change the css layout for the guest view to a narrow screen width for mobile users. I am not that great at css and was wondering which file i woud edit and maybe a hint on how to change EVERYTHING to a vertical order rather than horizontal...

The path to the style sheet is web/staff/css/page.css.
Probably, you need to make a lot of modifications on template files, also.
This was written in pre-responsive design area, so it's not really easy to customize for mobile.
