Need some guidance...

I have installed the web folder on my current web server in on of my existing websites and run, but I get a blank screen each time. If I run poll-simple I get the instructions but no "preview" poll

my web host runs updated php v 5.3.28

Some kind of errors are happening there. The first thing you want to check is the error log of your web site. Usually, you can view the error log in your web site's control panel such as cPanel, Plesk.
