Second, I have some questions about Address Book Script:
1. Where i can translate all contents?
2. Its possible to convert this script to R-T-L (Hebrew for example)?
3. Can i add some new restrictions to staff user (just viewing search results without add new records)?
4. In script builder, its possible to add date dropdown list, like little calendar (script contain just four data types, input box, text area, check box and dropdown list box...)

Never tried it, so I don't know. Try it and see how it goes.

There is no trun key solution, but you can alway modfiy the code.

calendar buttons we see often on Internet are javascript code, so you can add it in the templates later.
