Thanks Tom This is exactly what I need to manage my business. I have added all the fields I need and as well changed the screen layout to make it specific to my business. Basically you have given me the skeleton which I can customize the way I need. I barely know PHP and MYSQL but just enough however that I can make the changes I need to actually makes me feel like I am a programmer myself. Thank you Ken
