Mails are encoded in UTF-8, so it should be able to email in any languages. You need to save the email configuration file in UTF-8, though.

The issue is fixed, I found a solution to include your full script into my page.
However I experienced again an issue with your simulator sending the e-mail message, the reason is french accents that can't be used, except inside item_name (product title), what can I do?
