Tom, The form works and the database script works but I'm not getting email. I have tried to test it by having the submitted form sent directly to my @live email account and to my email forwarding cPanel account with no success with either. I have tested my email accounts other ways unrelated to to this form2db.

Hi, if the form didn't show any error messages when you submitted the form, then the email was successfully passed to your mail server. For some reasons, the email was not delivered to the recipient. I have to conclude that something wrong happened between the mail server and the receipent. Probably there is nothing you can do at the script side. Try a different email server or recipient. You may get more clues about the problem.
