Hi, I tried to open this url:
http://www.(.......).com/membership/install/index.php
The server redirected me to:
http://www.(.......).com/membership/install/
( cutting off "index.php" )
I think your web site is configured to drop index.php.
You need to stop the redirection to run the installation script.
