I still think something must have happened outside the script. Usually when something that has been working stops working, the cause is most likely some changes in the environment.
Another possibility is that you accidentally put javascript code that causes redirection in the record. You may have to use phpMyAdmin to peek at the record. If there is javascript code, remove it and see if it fixes the problem.

I didnt change any htaccess files but I installed cloud linux to server recently. But I removed cloud linux to see if it caused problem. The script still isnt working. Any advice?
