It means the mail server couldn't authenticate you.
Please make sure the username and password you entered for the mail server in the configuration file is correct.
( The paypal email address is irrelevant in this matter. )

I've carefully followed your installation instruction and uploaded your "web" folder, keeping his original name, to the root of my domain but after click on PayNow (step 6) the simulator displays:
email error: 535 Incorrect authentication data [CProductMailer]
My business paypal e-mail [SIM_SELLER_EMAIL] is correct, what can I check more?
