You can directly edit the result page. Type in whatever language you like. The path of the result page is web/(poll-name)/tpl.result.inc.php

You can create 5 polls and link them together. Open the template for a result page ( web/(poll-name)/tpl.result.inc.php ) and put a link to the next poll on it.
