Need to change the Admin & a User Password as well as set restrictions on what Users can do/not do, but the search here only carries me to a blank page. Could you please send me back a link to those guides?

Also curious to know how to setup the installation so that it comes up when I use http://myhostname.noip.net/addressbook innstead of needing to use http://myhostname.noip.net/addressbook/staff

You can change passwords from the staff page. Click "Staff" from the top menu and click the edit icon of the user whose password you want to change. As for permissions, sorry there is no built-in feature to set the permissions.
