Is there any chance you will amend to include a dropdown that enables the user to select more than one choice? Or maybe a set of radio buttons or checkboxes that will write multiple entries to the database? I ask because I'm using the script to create a directory for a non-profit domestic violence prevention charity, and would like o be able to 'select' multiple items (like 'Child Abuse', 'Male', & 'Teenager') to find a service or set of services for that person. We may also need to find something like 'Suicide Prevention', 'Safe House', and 'Fathers Group' together to quickly produce a set of services for a caller. Your Address Book is absolutely perfect for what we want, but I'm running out of time to try and get a working setup that will be useful for our phone volunteers. Any suggestions?

Please add checkboxes instead. You can add as many as you want.
