I think you are using an older version. I patched it for PHP5.4 about 6 month ago. Try the latest copy.

Thank you for your hard work on this program. I had the poll running on my website and it worked beautifully. But now it has suddenly stopped working. I first thought the website was hacked or something but everything works normally, except the poll. I haven't changed anything but I had a message from my ISP that they had updated the server. Could that have something to do with it?
